Any suggestions when dealing with child support in Nebraska?

I am a non-custodial father with 2 children who pays child support. I got behind while in college due to things out of my control. While trying to get caught up my boss was with holding my support but not sending it in. I confronted her and was fired. My case worker said that it was my fault and now I have a warrant and can't find employment. The child support is current (with arrears) through the end of April. Letters have been written to Senator Chuck Hagle with no response. Any suggestions? I am really not a dead beat and now can't contact my children because I don't trust their mothers enough not to push the warrant. I am writing them letters. Again any suggestions will be welcomed...
