How to last longer???plz need help?

I just bought a fleshlight stu to see if i cd last in it bt only lasted about 10 seconds. I wanted to know if theres somethig that can help me improve i really wana lat longer at least 10 mins after what can i do? N i also find myself anxious n nervous before is that also an issue? I need help plz explain if there is something i can do
