Do you find it difficult and a bit strange?

I understand. I'm kind of the same way. It's much easier for me to give people things than it is for me to accept favors or money from other people. I know that you want to pay for everything yourselves but really if people want to give something to the wedding let them. You can keep your money as a nest egg or down payment on a house.
