Im trying to dowload jucied 2 and mario on ds but its coming up with multi files and wont let me do it can any?

its saying i need to extract from a previous volume to unpack , what ever this means could some one pls explain as detailed as poss i can download most games but not the ones with multi files as i dont know what im doing
