He may like you, but I wouldn't go for that type of guy. You're just going to end up heartbroken. He's a player. If he's serious he will persue you. If he was a shy guy I would say "go for it" but he seems really outgoing (y and doesn't have a problem approaching women) so if he really likes you he will let you know.
