Could i have dyslexia?

i am 13 years old, and think i might have dyslexia.i often spell simple words wrong or repeat them in writingex(dose/does). i somtimes switch letters in my speech (ex:animal/aminal). but other than that my speech is perfect. i have to go over my writen doents over and over again, and make a mistake in like, every 4 words. i am very talented in creative areas like drama,music,and art. but in math and writing i suck and never can remember what the teacher says. help please. this is not a joke so don't post dumb answers.
