Weird question about OCD ?!?

i'v got a mild OCD, i've got some unstoppable rituals, i'm a male and i practice masturbation since i'm 6, also four times a day, now i'm 21, so i scored lots of that maked my brain realising dopamine, can it be the cause of my OCD ?
