Where can I get blank web hosting from?

I've registered a domain name for my website. I have a .html file, a .css file, a .js file and a few .jpg files. When I run the .html file off my computer everything runs fine and the website runs as it should. The problem came when I tried to place it on the internet. All I get is an option of templates. All I want is a to save them in some folder, on the internet, so that when I type a href="http://jadebms.co.uk/" rel="nofollow"http://jadebms.co.uk//a into a the address bar at the top of a web browser, it will show my .html file. How do I do this, please? It's been driving me crazy. Also Ignore the 123-reg. I can change to a different service provider if necessary.
