Will Soldier Fly larva hurt the Red Wigglers in my compost bin?

I have the big fat soldier fly larva infesting my outside worm bin. From my reading, people say they are harmless. I really just want to know if they'll ruin my worm bin and kill the Red Wigglers somehow through competition.
